Relaty uygulaması, dışa aktardığınız WhatsApp sohbet dosyasını telefonunuzda okur. Dosya hiçbir yere yüklenmez. İstatistikler cihazınızda hesaplanır. Analiz sonuçlarınız telefonunuzda saklanır. Uygulamayı silmek, analizlerinizi cihazınızdan kaldırır. Satın alımlarınızı korumak için kullanılan rastgele kullanıcı kimliği cihazınızda kalabilir.
Relaty'de hesap veya giriş yoktur. E-posta adresinizi veya telefon numaranızı sormayız.
Yapay zekâ kartları ve Koç, yalnızca uygulamada onay verdikten sonra çalışır. Onayı Ayarlar'dan geri çekebilirsiniz.
Yapay zekâ kartlarını kullandığınızda uygulama, şifreli bir bağlantı üzerinden sunucumuza şunları gönderir:
Alıntılarda gönderen adları A ve B harfleriyle değiştirilir. Bağlantılar, e-posta adresleri ve uzun numaralar çıkarılır. Mesaj metninin içinde geçen adlar çıkarılmaz. Karşı tarafın adı, dışa aktarmada göründüğü biçimde gönderilir. Kişi bir adla kayıtlı değilse bu bir telefon numarası olabilir.
Bir mesaj kendine zarar vermeden söz ediyor gibi görünürse alıntılar gönderilmez ve yapay zekâ adımı atlanır.
Grup sohbetlerinden yapay zekâ işlemesi için hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
Koç'a yazdığınız mesajlar işlenmek üzere gönderilir. İlk kurulumda bir ad girdiyseniz, bu ad Koç mesajlarıyla birlikte gönderilebilir. İstatistiklerinizin kısa bir metin özeti de gönderilir.
Sunucumuz, metni üretmek için bu bilgileri bir yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcısına iletir. Sohbet alıntılarını ve Koç mesajlarını sunucumuzda saklamayız. Kullandığımız yapay zekâ hizmeti bu verileri model eğitimi için kullanmaz.
Satın almalar uygulama mağazası ve ödeme altyapısı sağlayıcıları üzerinden yapılır. Bu sağlayıcılar satın alma kimliğini, satın alma geçmişini ve kredi bakiyesini işler. Satın alımları ve kredileri yönetmek için rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği kullanırız. Bu kimlikle ilişkili sınırlı teknik kayıtlar, hizmeti sağlamak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için gerektiği süre saklanır. Barındırma ve veritabanı hizmet sağlayıcıları, IP adresi ve istekle ilgili teknik bilgiler gibi kayıtları sınırlı bir süre tutabilir.

The Relaty app reads your exported WhatsApp chat file on your phone. The file is not uploaded anywhere. Statistics are computed on the device. Your analysis results are saved on your phone. Deleting the app removes your analyses from your device. A random user ID used to protect your purchases may remain on your device.
Relaty has no account or login. We do not ask you for your email address or phone number.
AI cards and the Coach work only after you give consent in the app. You can withdraw consent in Settings.
When you use the AI cards, the app sends the following to our server over an encrypted connection:
In the excerpts, sender names are replaced by the letters A and B. Links, email addresses, and long numbers are removed. Names that appear inside the message text itself are not removed. The other person's name is sent as it appears in the export. It can be a phone number if the contact was not saved with a name.
If a message appears to mention self-harm, the excerpts are not sent and the AI step is skipped.
Nothing is sent for AI processing.
The messages you type to the Coach are sent for processing. If you entered a name during onboarding, it may be sent along with Coach messages. A short text summary of your statistics is sent as well.
Our server forwards this to an AI service provider to generate the text. We do not store the chat excerpts or Coach messages on our server. The AI service we use does not use this data to train its models.
Purchases are handled by app store and payment infrastructure providers. These providers handle the purchase identifier, purchase history, and credit balance. We use a random user ID to manage purchases and credits. Limited technical records linked to this ID are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and prevent abuse. Hosting and database providers may keep technical logs such as IP address and request metadata for a limited time.
